Holiday course for juniors (12 years old)

Students can experience British life by staying with a local family for the duration of their course. They will generally share a room with a student of a different nationality, allowing them to practise their English, meet new people and find out about new cultures.

Three meals are included each day, along with transport to and from school each day and airport and harbour transfers.

Board: Full board, comprising breakfast, a packed lunch and an evening meal together

Rooms: Students usually share with students of a different nationality (max. 4 per household); juniors under 13 years must share with a friend or family member

Daily transport: School bus service or free public bus travel for teenagers in summer. In most cases students should expect to spend around 30 minutes on the bus, although in some cases the scheduled journey time may be up to 1 hour.

Transfers: Airport and harbour transfers included

Laundry & cleaning: Bed linen & bath towels provided, as well as weekly room cleaning. A light laundry service is provided once every two weeks.

Residential accommodation is available for students wanting to stay with other students from a range of different countries.

Two student residences are available during the summer holidays; Beachside residence No.1 & No.2 which are located side-by-side. They are located within a short walk of the main town St Helier & the beach and are just 2km from the summer study centre.

They will be provided with full board and will share a room with one or two other people. Residence staff are available at all times at the residence. Transfers to and from the harbour or airport are included.

Beachside No.1 facilities: 15 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a lounge, games room & dining room

Daily transport: Free public bus travel for those studying at St Brelade's College (students should expect to spend up to 40 minutes on the bus). Students at Highlands are able to walk to school.

Supervision: Live-in residence managers & supervisors who offer first aid support & 24 hour contact
