We are proud that Notting Hill College has been built on a solid professional reputation as an educational facility that provides not only a comprehensive range of needs for all students of the English language but also teacher training programmes along with business management courses.

All our courses are designed around each students’ individual needs whether it be in a group with other students of the same level or one-to-one lessons. We provide online courses as well as classroom based lessons all of which are designed to ensure that each student receives the full benefits on offer at our college. Our General English programme is completely flexible around your needs and schedule and is designed to enable you to develop excellent communication skills.

The programme consists of six stages that are compatible with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. With a balanced syllabus and excellent course books, this course aids you in achieving your individual learning objectives. This course will assist you in clearly expressing yourself in social and professional situations.

In every General English session, we will:
*Focus on your grammar skills and improve your vocabulary.
*Provide activities to improve your reading, writing and listening skills.
*Provide you with speaking activities to improve your conversational skills.
*Work on improving your confidence when speaking.
*Implement real-life topics using books, the internet, magazines and newspapers.

עזרה בקבלת ויזה

If you are studying in the UK for over 11 months, you will receive a reference number called a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) that you need to submit to the UK embassy along with your General Student Visa application. Students who have successfully booked a language course and have paid their fees will receive a CAS from NHC. Please note that UK law states that a CAS can only be issued to students who intend to pursue English language studies for over 11 months.

If you are studying in the UK for 11 months or less, you have to apply for a special visitor visa called a Student Visitor Visa. As a student visitor, you will not be able to work part-time while studying. If you plan to study in the UK for 11 months or less, a letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you.
