תאור הקורס

These courses are academic-based English Language courses for non-native or English-as-a-second-language learners, and are taught by highly qualified teachers and/or examiners.

The course will primarily focus on developing English Language skills for Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing and Grammar, all of which will help to improve overall language proficiency and cover the 5 units of competency for this course.

Students entering this course should have at least a pre-intermediate level of English in order to cope with the course content. Full-time Day and Evening OR Part-time Evening options are also available.

This course provides excellent opportunities for students wishing to:
- Apply for permanent residence in Australia or overseas
- Improve English language proficiency to a high standard
- Enhance career opportunities
- Enter an Australian tertiary institution

The college campus is centrally located in the 'Cultural Heart' of Perth City, which means the surrounding sights of the City Centre and Northbridge are all within walking distance. Students can utilise the surrounding facilities that include the Alexander Library, Perth Museum, Art Gallery of WA, local banks, Post Offices and many more.
FREE inner-city busses stop right outside the college and the Central Train and Bus station is only a 5 minute walk from the college.
The campus itself is a lovely Australian Heritage building and has outdoor campus grounds for students to mingle on before, during and after class including a lovely alfresco eating area.

I appreciated the small class, where, if necessary, problems could be discussed with each student individually. The relationship between classmates was very good and supportive. The relationship between teacher and students was very tight, which affected the fun of learning very much.

The classrooms were not very big. In the summer, the AC was not always working properly. But in my opinion, most important is the teacher and not facilities!

I enjoyed Friday activities very much. It is so important to have some fun together, and it was a great way to end a busy week in school.

My host family was awesome and I can highly recommend them. Having said that, it is probably only a great place for someone who is independent.

"It was fun"

I only spent 5 weeks following LL classes and I didn't take any exams. But as far as I know it's a really good school and I made lots of progress. We were only 6 or 7 per class and the teachers were friendly. The school is in the city center almost in front of the bus stop. The housing was really good! People where I stayed were really keen on helping and friendly.
